By enrolling in any course offered by Sarvam Career Institute, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Refund Rules

• Form amount and kit amount are strictly non-refundable.
• No refund of the registration fee under any circumstances.
• No refunds after joining short-term classroom or online courses.

Online Live Course Refunds

• Within 7 Days: Full refund available, excluding the kit amount.
• After 7 Days: No refund will be processed under any circumstances.
• No refunds on payments made through third-party EMI or loans.

Offline Classroom Refunds

Starting from the first recorded class attendance:

• Within 15 days: 20% tuition fee deduction (without scholarship, excluding kit).
• Within 30 days: 40% deduction
• Within 45 days: 50% deduction
• Within 60 days: 60% deduction
• Within 90 days: 70% deduction
• Within 120 days: 80% deduction
• No refunds accepted after 120 days.
• Kit amount is non-refundable.
• EMI/Loan payments are not eligible for refunds.

Legal Considerations

• All disputes and legal matters are subject to Kota (Rajasthan) jurisdiction only.
• Refund requests must be submitted via email only.
• Refund-related phone calls will not be entertained.

Code of Conduct

• Students must adhere to institute rules and discipline during the course.
• Violation of rules may lead to suspension or termination without a refund.
• Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
