Refund Policy

SARVAM IS A UNIT OF EDUSMART LEARNING SOLUTIONS LLP

The following refund rules apply to all courses and services offered by Sarvam Career Institute:

General Rules

• Form amount/kit amount is strictly non-refundable.
• No refund of registration fee under any circumstances.
• No refunds after joining short-term classroom/online courses.

Online Live Course Fee Refund

• Within 7 Days: Full refund (excluding kit amount) from the later of admission or batch start date.
• After 7 Days: No refund will be processed.
• No refund policy for payments made via third-party EMI/loan providers.

Offline Classroom Fee Refund

• Within 15 days: 20% deduction (excluding kit, without scholarship).
• Within 30 days: 40% deduction.
• Within 45 days: 50% deduction.
• Within 60 days: 60% deduction.
• Within 90 days: 70% deduction.
• Within 120 days: 80% deduction.
• After 120 days: No refund accepted.
• Kit amount is non-refundable.
• No refunds for EMI/Loan payments.

Legal Considerations

• All legal matters are subject to Kota (Rajasthan) jurisdiction only.
• Refund requests are accepted only via email.
• No telephonic conversations regarding refunds will be entertained.
